Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced loading shovel driver to join our operations team. The successful candidate will support daily site activities by operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently within a busy quarry, recycling, or crushing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate a loading shovel to load, move, and manage aggregates and other materials
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery at all times
• Carry out daily checks and basic maintenance on equipment
• Work closely with site supervisors and plant operators to maintain smooth workflow
• Adhere to all company and site-specific health & safety procedures
• Assist with general site duties when required

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience operating a loading shovel in a quarry, construction, or similar environment
• Valid loading shovel ticket / plant operator certification
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and reliability

Qualifications
• QSCS / Safe Pass / Manual Handling
• Experience in crushing and screening operations
