A role has become available in our window replacement department for the ideal candidate.
The role requirements are as follows
- previous experience/Knowledge in window replacement department would be advantageous.
- liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Entering leads on our software package and answering screening and forwarding phone calls .
-Receiving and handling emails.
-Assisting colleagues were possible.
-Checking inventory and replacing office supplies were necessary.
-Submitting reports and general research.
-Assisting with ordering
- Any additional duties as required as part of the replacement/renovations team
-full training will be provided
- The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be extremely organised, efficient and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Previous experience in the windows business will be an advantage
