THE OPPORTUNITY:
AluGlazing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Aluminium & Glass Fitters and Team Leaders to join our growing team. These roles involve high-spec installation of architectural glazing systems on premium commercial and residential sites.
Whether you are a precision-focused installer or an experienced leader, we have opportunities across our expanding project pipeline.
These roles are offered on a subcontractor basis, with self-employed candidates preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Responsibilities:
– Professional installation of curtain walling, ventilated façades, and aluminium window & door systems
– Ensuring all works meet high-end finishing standards and architectural specifications
– Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in line with site safety requirements

Team Leader – Additional Responsibilities:
– Supervising a small installation team to meet daily targets and project deadlines
– Reading technical drawings and resolving installation challenges on site
– Acting as the main point of contact with Site Managers and clients
– Monitoring progress, reporting on works, and managing materials efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Skills:
– Proven experience in aluminium façade or glazing installation
– Team Leaders: minimum 3+ years in a supervisory or lead fitter role
– High level of precision, reliability, and strong site awareness

Mandatory Certifications:
– Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
– IPAF & Working at Heights

Desirable:
– SSSTS / SMSTS or equivalent leadership certification (strong advantage)
