About the Role
We’re seeking experienced First & Second Fix Carpenters on a subcontract basis for ongoing residential projects (attic conversions) and occasional fit-outs. You’ll deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and uphold a professional standard on site—working independently or as part of a team.

Duties Include:
First Fix: stud walls, joists, door frames, roofing, structural elements
Second Fix: doors, skirting, architraves, flooring, bespoke joinery finishes
Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Work safely and efficiently to project specs and timelines

Requirements:
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling
Own tools, transport, and PPE
Relevant trade qualification or proven experience
High attention to detail; reliable and punctual
