Role Description:
Convert My Attic is seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to oversee and manage our attic conversion projects from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, site coordination, and efficient project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise carpentry teams on site
Manage day-to-day operations for attic conversion projects
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards — on time and within budget
Coordinate with other trades, suppliers, and project managers
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant site at all times
Read and interpret architectural drawings and plans


Requirements:
Fully qualified carpenter with proven site experience
Previous experience as a foreman or site lead (attic conversions or residential refurbishments preferred)
Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full, clean driver’s licence
