Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Safety: Supervising crews, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including conducting toolbox talks.
Planning & Scheduling: Coordinating tasks, managing project timelines, and adjusting schedules to account for weather, deliveries, and worker availability.
Resource Management: Ordering materials (e.g., concrete, tools) and managing equipment usage to avoid shortages.
Quality Control & Compliance: Monitoring work to ensure it meets technical specifications, blueprints, and regulatory requirements.
Personnel Management: Delegating work, training employees, and motivating staff to maximize productivity.
Communication & Reporting: Acting as a liaison between workers and the project manager, reporting on progress, and resolving on-site issues.
