Murphy Larkin Timber Products are Ireland’s leading name in supplying doors, floors & stairs. We are currently seeking a Full Time Sales Manager to join our team at our Tramore showroom. Knowledge of Doors & Flooring or experience in DIY/building trade will be a distinct advantage but not essential as training will be provided. A background in maintaining existing customer relationships and exceeding in customer service is preferred. PC literate, full driving licence. Key Requirements: • Ability to deliver excellent customer service. • Highly organised with an ability to record information accurately. •Securing showroom sales through excellent customer service. • Willing to learn and develop your product knowledge of our complete product range. • Capable of managing your own orders from start to completion while keeping clients informed throughout. • While support from our team is always to hand, this role will require a high degree of working on your own initiative. • Retail experience in DIY- advantageous. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and control onsite fitting schedules. • Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of our competitive market. • Handle the full sales process from start to finish. • Provide accurate and timely cost estimations and conduct follow-up activities on quotations. • Actively prioritise customer’s needs. The Required Candidate should: Be extremely customer focused & have excellent communication skills. Enthusiastic and committed to succeeding in a busy sales role. Possess excellent organisation skills, with an ability to record information accurately and in a timely manner Be presented neatly, have a courteous manner and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience at each interaction.
