Munster Drone Services are recruting for an Office Administrator (Full Time), based in Millstreet, Co Cork. Main Duties will include: • General administration duties to include responding to emails, letters answering calls and arranging appointments.• Order & repair processing and dispatch.• Maintain showroom, ensuring that it is fully stocked and presentable.• Other duties as they may arise. The ideal candidate should have:• A minimum of 2 years office administration experience.This is a requirement.• Excellent IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular).• A positive and flexible attitude and self-starting ability.• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.• Excellent communication skills, fluent English, both written and verbal.• Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team.
