ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to QS / Price projects / deal with interim payments / valuations / negotiation with sub contractors / agree final accountsKnowledge of varying Irish Forms of Contracts and Contract Procedures and ProtocolCompetent in all forms of surveying packages, Microsoft Excel, Buildsoft, etc..
