SITE MANAGER -Due to our expanding client portfolio which has been developed through reputation there is a requirement for an ambitious and driven Site Manager. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to deliver high quality commercial Projects in North Dublin The Role Responsible for the successful delivery of commercial development builds;Project management of materials and the sequential continuity of subcontractors;Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors;Working closely with management to ensure specifications, design drawings etc. are implemented to programme;Communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and purchasers to ensure the delivery of projects are met in all aspects including the terms of programme, specification, quality control and health and safety.The Person 3 + years on site management experience on Commercial projectsEffective communication skills;Strong programme management skills;The ability to read and interpret drawings;Both financial and commercial awareness of the industry and projects.Salary will be reflective of experience and delivery of results.
