Accounts Administrator Our Client in the construction sector has a vacancy for an Accounts Payable specialist within a 10KM radius of Cavan town Full-time positions available Salary Negotiable. Role and Responsibilities • Creation of Purchase Orders

• Timely processing of supplier invoices, ensuring that the matched and all necessary authorizations have been sought before approving for payment • Ensuring that supplier invoice & expense are entered accurately & coded to the correct project on the accounts package • Reconcile Supplier statements to the Purchase ledger on a monthly basis. • Deal with any internal or supplier invoice queries in a timely manner. • Preparing Sub-Contractor payments & RCT declarations • Entering supplier payments & other Expenses on the accounts package • Preparation of payment runs • Assisting with other month-end procedures and processes • General administration duties including filing and photocopying • Assisting other team members as required • Ad hoc duties as required. Skills Required • Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role • Strong Skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure. • Problem solver. • Taking ownership of tasks. • Excellent numeric and organizational skills • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner • QuickBooks experience is desirable
