Due to strong demand from our customers a rare opportunity is now open for a number of Junior Sales Assistants to join our Sales Team in Sandyford Business Park.
Reporting to the Head of Sales this is an exciting and challenging role at a time where Volkswagen is bringing many new and ground-breaking models to the Irish market.
This role does not require any previous motor industry experience however a background in customer-facing retail is highly preferable.
The Junior Sales Assistants will support our sales teams in the following ways: Key Objectives: Ensure all of our cars are in the right places at the right times.
Delivering cars to customers take ownership or for test drives will be one of the key initial responsibilities of the Junior Sales Assistant.
Be able to confidently demonstrate new Volkswagen Passenger Car products to prospective customers in a friendly, non-pressurised way.
An ability to understand new automotive technology and explain these features to customers in simple & practical terms is our goal.
Offer advice to customers based on their needs to assist them on their purchasing journey.Ensure all customers receive a premium brand experience in line with Frank Keane values.
Learn the key steps of the Sales Process. Main Duties: Ensuring the sales team is fully assisted in terms of vehicle preparation, test drives, vehicle handovers and in dealing with customers.Continued learning through internal and manufacturer training portal courses.
Utilise the Frank Keane Virtual & Physical sales platforms to engage with and follow-up our customers from initial enquiry stage to delivery of their new Volkswagen.
Responsible for the preparation of the showroom and forecourt display, ensuring a strong selection of display cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
This should reflect both the Volkswagen and Frank Keane brand standards and be customer centric.Supporting the Sales Executives in dealing with customers when required.
